On the occasion of the graduation from the military educational institution, the management of the educational center, commanders and guests congratulated the future officers and wished them safe service.

The newly-appointed lieutenants received the officer daggers and graduation documents with the obligation to become worthy officers of the Armenian army and worthy successors of the seniors.
