David Tonoyan congratulated the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh on his reappointment.

A number of issues of mutual interest, as well as the course of the joint programs were discussed during the meeting. The interlocutors exchanged views on the various activities being carried out in the Republic of Armenia that are fixed by the law to ensure social guarantees for the servicemen, as well as on the opportunities for their introduction in the Republic of Artsakh.
