Because of the current epidemic situation, the problems have arisen in the process of filling in the applications by the Armenian citizens living abroad to participate in the "I Have the Honor" program.

The citizens must fill in the application form approved by the decision N430-N of April 12, 2018 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the electronic form clearly indicating the territorial subdivisions of the conscription and mobilization replenishment service of the Ministry of Defence, where the applicant is registered, last name, first name, father’s name, date. They must sign electronically (for example, use the PAINT program to create the appropriate signature and place it in the signature range of the attached application).

The filled-in applications, together with the photocopies of the attached documents, must be sent to hhzk@mil.am by June 1.

The transfers to the account (900018003401) of the Assessment and Testing Center can be made through e-wallets.
