The Minister of Defense of Armenia handed over the keys to the new apartments to the servicemen

On March 6, Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan participated in the housewarming ceremony for a new residential building intended for the servicemen and their families in Shirak Province.

The Minister of Defense congratulated these officers and expressed a conviction that the social security programs for the servicemen are ongoing and they greatly contribute to the full realization of the military service and to the increase of the fighting capacity of the servicemen.

David Tonoyan also visited the construction site of a sports and cultural complex being built on the territory of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri. This complex will be operational in several months and the servicemen and their families will have the opportunity to spend their leisure time there.
