The meeting discussed the combat duty process, the existing problems and ways of addressing them.

Maj. Gen. Tiran Khachatryan, the deputy chief of the General Staff and head of the GS Operative Department, made the keynote report. The keynote and related reports pointed out that for the purpose of organising the combat service in an effective manner, the works of re-equipping combat outposts continued during the reporting period.

Summing up the meeting, Defence Minister Davit Tonoyan outlined new tasks and gave a number of instructions.
