Levon Ayvazyan, Head of Defence Ministry's Defence Policy Department, and French Military Attaché in Armenia, Col. Olivier Madieau (residence in Tbilisi), signed on 16 March the Armenian-French bilateral cooperation programme in the defence sector for 2018. It includes about 10 events: military education, retraining, French language preparation, as well as exchange of experiences in military medicine, cyber security, engineering and other fields in Armenia and France.
