As part of the human resources reforms taking place in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, 10 high ranking officers have been released.

As per the command by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, and in honor of their receipt of pensions and release in the reserve forces, Colonels Rafik Beglaryan, Avetik Harutyunyan, Karen Sargsyan, Artur Ghazaryan, Garnik Barseghyan, Mkrtich Gabrielyan, Seryozha Tavaratsyan, Arthur Arustamyan, Stanislav Hovhannisyan, and Vardan Khachatryan were awarded with personalized officer daggers, in accordance to traditions of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
