On February 24 ARM First Deputy Minister of Defence Davit Tonoyan Received the Delegation Headed by OSCE President’s Special Representative on Conflict Issues, Ambassador Giedriuch Chequolis.

Head of the OSCE Yerevan office, ambassador S. Kapinus was also present at the meeting. During the meeting, they discussed the NKR conflict settlement process, as well as the current cooperation issues with the OSCE in the defence sector. By the request of the guests, Mr. Tonoyan also talked about the current situation in the contact line. The importance of preserving the armistice regime, as well as the efforts for confidence building on the contact line were mutually understood.
