On February 21 the operative gathering of ARM Armed Forces launched at the ARM Ministry of Defence.

Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan made an opening speech. ARM Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Secretary of National Security Arthur Baghdasaryan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan, Military Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan, as well as representatives from higher officer staff also made speeches and read lectures. The gathering that is going to last until February 24 is aimed at increasing and improving the knowledge of operative staff officers in the spheres of strategic and operative art.
