The unit of the high degree of combat readiness of the rapid reaction joint forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) located in the Republic of Tajikistan, on the purpose of surprise inspections, continues to perform combat training tasks.

Today, the final phase of the surprise inspections took place in Tajikistan’s “Kharbmaydan” military, throughout which national contingents demonstrated a high level of military preparedness and carried out tasks with a high sense of responsibility. During the military exercises, the special unit teams, which also includes the Armenian subdivision, searched the area, discovered an illegally operating armed group, were caught in a battle with them which resulted in the enemy’s defeat and its leader’s capture. Simultaneously, the Armenian military group ensured the advance of other subdivisions of the rapid reaction forces. It should be reminded that more than 2500 servicemembers are involved in the surprise inspection, with around 200 units of military equipment, and two dozens of combat aircraft and helicopters.
