According to the 37, 38, 39 and 40 points of the 2010 Activity Event Program of the ARM Government approved by the ARM GOV 24 December, 2009 N 1523-Ն decision, the following law drafts of the Republic of Armenia were subject to be presented to the ARM Government by the ARM Ministry of Defence during 2010

1) The draft of the ARM “Law on Approving the Discipline Charter of the ARM Armed Forces”. The draft was presented to the ARM GOV, was approved by the Government, and was taken to the ARM National Assembly. The draft was included in the big schedule of the fall session of the ARM National Assembly, was discussed in the ARM NA Defence, National Security and Internal Affairs Permanent Committee, which suggested that the draft be taken to international expertise before it is discussed on first reading. Today the draft is presented to international expertise. 2) Draft of the ARM “Law on Amending and Complementing the ARM “Law on Alternative Service””. The draft was presented to the ARM GOV, was discussed by the Government, and as a result it was returned to be revised. Today the draft is taken to state expertise of the ARM Ministry of Justice. 3) Draft of the ARM ”Law on Amending and Complementing the ARM “Law on Approving the Internal Service Charter of the ARM Armed Forces” The draft was presented to ARM GOV, was approved by the Government and was taken to National Assembly. 4) Draft of the ARM “Law on Amending and Complementing the ARM “Law on Approving the Garrison and Guard Service Charter of the ARM MoD Armed Forces” The draft was presented to ARM GOV and approved by the Government and was taken to National Assembly. According to 15,16,17 points of the ARM GOV 2010 list of major issues, such issues for the ARM Ministry of Defence were recognized: - implementation of the ARM Strategic Defence Review - improvement of the ARM AF recruitment and structural system in war and peace - modernization of armament and military equipment. The relevant work for the implementation of the abovementioned major problems was done completely, the recurrent stage of the ARM Strategic Defence Review was implemented, changes were made in the AF recruitment and structural system, due to scientific and expert- constructional work a number of armament and military equipment were actualized.
