The spread of disinformation by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that Armenian armed forces allegedly have wounded an Azerbaijani soldier in the Nakhichevan region doesn’t correspond to reality. Armenian armed forces strictly adhere to the maintenance of the ceasefire. On the other hand the exacerbation of the situation by ceasefire violations has become a part of Azerbaijani daily routine. For instance Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire for 29 times only on July 29, including the use of sniper rifle for 5 times. If an Azerbaijani soldier has really been wounded then it could have been a result of self-injury or intolerance among soldiers. If the Azerbaijani side has got another argument then it can present it to the appropriate international institution.
