The ARM Defence Minister informed Ambassador Kasprzyk on the cases of Azerbaijan’s violation of the ceasefire regime and emphasized on the fact that, for the first time since the establishment of the ceasefire regime, in addition to using various small arms such as 60 and 82 mm mortars, the enemy has deployed 120mm mortars. Seyran Ohanyan noted that the political-military leadership of Azerbaijan gains full responsibility for the consequences caused by the AR AF, leading to an exacerbation of the situation. Ambassador Kasprzyk assured that, within his authority he will apply maximum efforts to stabilize the situation.
