The meeting was also attended by Major-General Hayk Kotanjyan, academic and political advisor to the ARM Defense Minister, Head of the Institute for National Strategic Studies (INSS) in Yerevan, Chairman of the Political Science Association of Armenia, as well as Benjamin Poghosyan, Deputy Head of INSS, Head of Analytical Centre and Candidate of Historical Sciences. During the meeting, discussions were held on preparation works for the creation of the National Defense Research University in 2015, based in the ARM MoD D.Kanayan National Strategic Research Institute. Seyran Ohanyan expressed satisfaction at the results of implemented works leading to the creation of the National Defense Research University and emphasized on the importance of potential inter-agency security unification.
