The meeting was presided by ARM Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan and attended by ARM Minister of Healthcare Armen Muradyan, health policy-makers, representatives of the ARM MoD, AF and GS AF departments, military commissariats and medical commissions. In his opening speech, the ARM Minister of Defence Stressed that during the previous years, the recruitment process was implemented due to the joint works of all structures involved in the organization of the given process. The Deputy of the Chief of GS AF, Lieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan, Military Commissar Colonel Henrik Muradyan, Head of the Military Medical department, Colonel Kamavor Khachatryan, and other responsible entities involved in the recruitment process came up with accounting reports and a number of suggestions. The statistical data on the works carried out by the military commissariats, the Central Military Medical Commission, the Central Recruitment Medical Commission, was presented during the consultation. The attendants touched upon pre-recruitment vaccination issues, the registration and recording of the number of young pre-draftees, medical examinations and other issues. At the end of the conference, the Minister of Defence gave specific orders and instructions for the recruitment process.
