Negotiations on the Armenian-German bilateral military cooperation were held

On the 10th of September, First Deputy Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan received the delegation of the Federal Ministry of Defence of Germany which was in Yerevan from September 9 to 10 to partake in negotiations with the Ministry of Defence on the Armenian-German bilateral military cooperation.

In the result of meetings and negotiations, outcomes and achievements of bilateral cooperation in the year of 2014 were summarized and the action plan of the Armenian-German military cooperation for 2015 was drafted. Both sides highly valued the implemented activities in the scope of the cooperation throughout the recent years tentatively classifying them into three dimensions: contribution to Armenia in defense reforms of Armenia, military education and training, and joint participation in stability operations in Afghanistan. The parties agreed to maintain the existing dynamics of cooperation to further enhance the interoperability level.
