During the meeting, the situation on the contact line of the sides of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as well as the developments after the meeting on 5th of February, within the same framework, were on the discussion agenda. The ARM Defence Minister presented main incidents that took place on the contact line, as well as his consideration on the weakening of tension and the prospects of establishment of mutual trust between the sides. Seyran Ohanyan emphasized the role of the traditional meetings with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and noted that any political decision on conflict resolution should be strengthened and consolidated by the professional and expertise conclusions from the military field. During the meeting, the French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassador Jacques Faure, presented Pierre Andrieu, who replaces him as co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.
