The ARM Defence Minister congratulated the newly appointed military attache Major General S. Ischenko on the occasion of accreditation in the Republic of Armenia and expressed his gratitude to the former military attaché Colonel A. Lobov on completing his military and diplomatic mission in Armenia. On the same day, Major-General S.Ischenko was received by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov and the First Deputy Defence Minister of D.Tonoyan. During the meetings, sides discussed the issues of the Armenian-Russian bilateral military cooperation, as well as outlined the directions of development in the future.
