The meeting was attended by the first Deputy Minister of Defence Davit Tonoyan, the advisor of the Minister of Defence Lieutenant General Muraz Sargsyan and other high-ranking officers. Seyran Ohanyan and Ruben Vardanyan visited the virtual shooting range and military grounds, gym and playgrounds established with the support of the Defense Ministry as well as the study of basic military training named in honor of the school graduate, hero of Artsakh war Davit Sarapyan. A contest was held among the pupils of the school in the virtual shooting range. The pupils were prepared a musical performance dedicated to the Armenian Army for the guests. At the end of the performance, all of them reverenced a one-minute silence in memory of junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan who was killed during the fight with Azerbaijani subversive groups in Arstakh on the night of January 19 and morning of January 20. “The common subdivision consisting of 9 people standing in the position resisted 2 special mission units of Azerbaijan, around 30 people. Isn’t it heroism?", said the Minister presenting some details of the action of subversive groups which were thrown back.
