Form November 27 to 30 the delegation led by Strategic Joint Staff Director Arms Control Verification Department of the Canadian National Defence, David Higgins is on a working visit to the Republic of Armeniato deepen the military cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and Canada in the field of arms control.

On November 28, Colonel D. Higgins and his delegation had meetings with First Deputy Defence Minister D. Tonoyan and Chief of Defence Policy Department of ARM MoD L. Ayvazyan. The parties discussed issues related to joint projects, exchange of experience and prospects of expanding bilateral military cooperation in the field of arms control.
