Amongst the representatives of the Bulgarian side were the high-ranking officers of the Strategic Planning Directorate of the Bulgarian MoD and the Development Department of the Bulgarian Armed Forces. The discussions carried out within the frame of the Armenian-Bulgarian bilateral military cooperation program for 2013, promote the enlargement of cooperation in the defense field, as well as the establishment and the strengthening of closer ties between the defense agencies of the two countries.
