On the sidelines of the session, ARM Defence Minister will have bilateral meetings with his counterparts from the CIS member states to discuss issues of military and military-technical cooperation as well as to sum up the outcomes of activities by defence agencies this year and to sign bilateral cooperation plans for 2014.
