The experts presented their findings and recommendations regarding the adjustment of the international experience in staff management to the local conditions and realities. At the meeting they also referred to issues like the distribution of functions and responsibilities of NCOs and servicemen, selection, promotion and the salary of professional sergeants, provision of education opportunities etc. At the end of the meeting they summed up the outcome of the visit and outlined the further directions of cooperation between the joint expert group and the Ministry of Defense.
