The representatives of the United States Naval Forces Europe held briefings on the role and responsibility of the non-commissioned officers corps as well as the management and assessment of the United States Naval Forces Europe NCO corps system at the Ministry of Defense. The Experts of Defense Resources Management Institute held a briefing on fundamental military compensation systems in the United States, budgetary considerations, and defense planning guide for the corresponding agencies of the Ministry of Defense. Within the framework of the visit the members of the advisory group visited the Non Commissioned Officers School of the Ministry of Defense and held a briefing on the selection, trainings, promotion and education of the US and UK NCO corps system at different rank levels. To sum up the outcome of the visit the advisory group is to meet with Davit Tonoyan, First Deputy Defense Minister.
