At the first day of the working visit the members of the expert group met with the members of the working group organized for the military education reforms at the Ministry of Defense. The members of the expert group also visited the Personnel Qualification Center of the Military Institute after V. Sargsyan and delivered lectures on “Functions of junior staff officers”. In the scope of the visit the experts also went to the NCO school of the ARM Armed Forces where they discussed issues on the development of professional sergeant and NCO training programs. On November 15, the international experts were hosted by Davit Tonoyan, First Deputy Defense Minister. At the meeting the experts presented their findings and recommendations regarding the progress of the education reforms and outlined the further directions of the international consulting support.
