On September 7, Davit Tonoyan, First ARM Deputy Defense Minister met his counterpart A. Antonov, Deputy Defense Minister of the Russian Federation.

At the meeting they discussed issues regarding bilateral military cooperation including issues concerning CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Force «Cooperation-2012» joint military exercise which is to be held in Armenia. T. Hovhannisyan, military attaché of the ARM Armed Forces was also present at the meeting.
