For the accreditation, one must present an application to the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia until the 10th of September which includes the following documents: 1. The full name of the legal person performing media activity and its current address. If it is a physical person, then His First Name, Last Name, and his current address 2. The First Name and the Last Name of the journalist to be accredited 3. The name of the media agency presented by the particular journalist 4. Email Address, telephone number, fax number, a photo (3x4) of the legal person performing media activity or the journalist to be accredited Each news agency can recommend only one journalist, one photographer, and one operator for accreditation.
