Today at around 6.00am, in the northeastern part of the contact line, an Azerbaijani soldier Firuz Farazov surrendered to Armenian snipers.The trespasser is arrested and an investigation is being carried out. The Yerevan office of the International Committee of Red Cross has beeninformed about the incident.
