On October 18th the first deputy minister of ARM Defence Ministry Davit Tonoyan hosted the US Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control Rose Gottemoeller and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence Celeste Wallander.

US Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern participated in the meeting as well.Issues on regional security, armaments control, Conventional Forces in Europe Treaty(CFE) contract future were discussed. The interlocutors also referred to violation cases of the requirements of the mentioned treaty.
