Two-week course close to its end

The two-week training coursetitled ‘’First aid to the wounded on minefields’’ launched on 13th of May in the territory of RA MoD Peacekeeping Engineering Battalion under the Armenia-Kansas State Partnership Program is drawing toward completion.

Trainings are conducted by instructors from the Kansas National Guard and representatives of Medical Services from various units of the RA Armed Forces. The two-week courses consist of two stages. In the first phase participants were taught the general theoryof the medical assistance.In the second phase field training was held on evacuation and assistance of the wounded on the battlefield. During the course and trainings participants will also learn the methodology of teaching and instructing, to use it during similar trainings in the RA Armed Forces.
