In order to insure the transparency and legitimacy of the autumn conscription of 2011 and to solve issues and respond to concerns raised by the citizens regarding the conscription, a committee has been formed headed by the Head of the Public Council adjacent to the ARM Defense Minister. During the conscription process, citizens are free to present their questions and complaints from 10:00 – 17:00 on working days, at the following address: Moskovyan 5 (the office of the Public Council adjacent to the Minister), telephone: 52-34-86, 52-34-82. The work of the Committee is open for the mass media.
