It has become a tradition for the Azerbaijani mass media to disseminate information which states that a civilian or a military person is allegedly wounded as a result of ceasefire violations by the Armenian side. Azerbaijani mass media should have publicized the statistics of the ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani side which grows month by month and causes more damages. For instance, on July 26, at 6:20 P.M. servicemen Karen Ghukasyan (born in 1976) and Manvel Manesyan (born in 1987) being in one of the combat positions of Tavush Region got injured from the wall fragments fallen from the stronghold as a result of the fire opened from the Azerbaijani side. The Armenian side strongly maintains the ceasefire and responds to its violations by the Azerbaijani side only in cases of emergency. If a citizen of Azerbaijan is killed, wounded or injured as a result of the actions carries out by the Armenian side in response to the ceasefire violations then the whole responsibility lies with Azerbaijan. By the way the Azerbaijani side can turn to the appropriate international institution for carrying out an investigation.
