According to the Helsinki Civic Assembly Vanadzor office, an army officer from one of the military units has physically harassed soldier Rafik Hovhannisyan. An operative investigation has been carried out by appropriate departments, which in its turn proved that the information doesn’t correspond to reality. In Reality, Rafik Hovhannisyanhas been forbidden to use cellphone, because he had no right of using his personal cellphone and could only use the one in the platoon. What concerns the information that the officer exerted violence against the soldier is nothing than a misinformation and is worth to have appropriate public reaction.
