Deputy Chief of General Stuff of the ARM armed forces Major General Valeri Grigoryan made a report noting that due to the preventive measures taken, there has been recorded decrease in the crimes and offenses compared to last year. Speeches were made by the Chief of General stuff of the armed forces Yuri Khachaturov, military prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan, head of the military police and commanders of the army units. The ARM Defense Minister making a concluding speech particularly said, ‘the first half of 2011 which has been declared a term of discipline allows us to say that there has been made a progress in strengthening that sphere. But the current achievements are not enough and these achievements must become continues with consistent work. The military units which have been recognized as outstanding and disciplinary are to be rewarded.
