During the meeting parties discussed issues related to the regional security and the cooperation between Armenia and the European Union. They emphasized the importance of the European Union`s role in building mutual confidence and sustainable development in the South Caucasus. Both the EU delegate and the Minister of Defense of Armenia agreed on the expedience of further development ofthe cooperation in the defense area.
