On December 19, the ARM Defense Minister is to participate in the joint plenary meeting of CSTO Defense Ministers’ Council, Foreign Minster’s Council, Committee of National Security Secretaries’ Council, as well as in the separate meeting of CSTO Defense Minitsters’ Council. On December 20, Seyran Ohanyan is to participate in the session of CSTO Council.
