On April 27, ARM Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received the Head of the European Commission delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger. They discussed issues concerning the cooperation between Armenia and EU in the defense sphere.

With the guest`s request Seyran Ohanyan presented the situation of the contact-line of the Armenian-Azerbaijani troops, noting that the intensification of the sniper operations, militaristic rhetoric and the attempts to exacerbate the situation from the Azerbaijani side threaten the efforts of the international organizations towards the peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
