In particular Seyran Ohanyan classified issues related to military education, military industry and enforcement of discipline in the Armed Forces as priorities for 2012. The Defense Minister expressed his special gratitude to all servicemen whose diligent duty contributed to achievements gained in 2011. By the decree of the Defense Minister outstanding servicemen and civil servants were awarded commendations and departmental medals. The Defense Minister also highly appreciated the work carried out by the permanent professional committee and awarded the medal of Marshal Baghramyan to the committee’s chairman and his adviser Vahram Barseghyan.
