RA Defense Minister received the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Armenia
17 October, 2007 00:00 On October 17 2007 Armenian Defense Minister Michael Haroutounyan received the Bulgarian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Armenia Stefan Dimitrov and newly appointed Military Attaché of Bulgaria, Colonel Plamen Petrov.
At the beginning of the meeting the RA Defense Minister congratulated Colonel Plamen Petrov on assuming the Military Attaché’s office and wished productive work for the sake of strengthening military cooperation between two countries.
Sides stated that Armenian-Bulgarian military cooperation has been constantly developing over the recent years, which obligates to establish relations in new spheres of military cooperation.
The Minister stated that the experience of Bulgarian co-workers can be useful in the process of RA defense reforms. At the end of the meeting Colonel Plamen Petrov promised to deepen the level of cooperation during his term in office.
