On May 24th, 2008 RA defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan visited “Monte Melkonyan” military educational college to be present at the graduation party of its 58 graduate soldiers. The graduation ceremony was blessed by Saint Vrtanes priest Abrahamyan.

Afterwards minister Ohanyan made a speech and wished the graduates success and welfare. He reminded them, that Monte Melkonyan was a real National hero. The officers of the military college also congratulated and came up with speeches.
