On May 16, RA Deputy Minister of Defence Arman Sargsyan, Mrs. Kristina Alyson Kvien, US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia, and other high-ranking representatives visited NDRU to participate in the opening ceremony of the language laboratory set up with the US government support in the framework of the "International Military Education and Training" (IMET) program.
The meeting was attended by the leadership and faculty of NDRU. Ambassador Kvien was given a briefing on the history of the establishment of NDRU, it’s research, educational and publishing activities, along with ongoing and prospective programs.
In the notes made in the 'Honored Guest' book, Ambassador Kvien conveyed her praise to the NDRU for it’s effective work.
