The military athletes returned with gold medals and cups

On November 26, the delegation of the RA Ministry of Defense, which participated in the 35th World Military Wrestling Championship, returned to the Homeland.
The wrestlers included in the RA delegation competed in almost all weight categories.

According to the results of the 35th World Military Wrestling Championship, in general, the Armenian wrestlers won 3 gold, 4 silver, 6 bronze medals, 2 cups in the team event. As a result of both Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, the Armenian team took the 3rd place, losing to the teams of the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Military athletes from 22 countries took part in the championship held from November 19 to 26.
