The deputy commanders of the army corps and the commanders of the subdivisions reported on combat readiness, organization of combat duty, military discipline, condition of the rear and technical services, and other issues. Special attention was paid to the existing problems and omissions, and possible ways to solve them were discussed.

The commander of the army corps summed up the results of the consultation, gave instructions and set the terms for their implementation. The best servicemen were awarded incentive awards.
