The RA Minister of Defence received the Special Representative of the NATO Secretary General

On October 21, Armenian Defence Minister Arshak Karapetyan received NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Kolomina Piris.

During the meeting, the RA Defence Minister presented the security situation in Artsakh after the cessation of hostilities, the existing threats, noted the role of NATO member Turkey in the 44-day war against Artsakh, which reduced NATO's confidence in maintaining stability and peace in the region.

The interlocutors also discussed issues related to regional security and the prospects of Armenia-NATO cooperation.
