On September 23, a gathering-consultation of deputies on the moral and psychological support of the military units, lawyers, psychologists and clergymen was held in the military unit N.

A number of issues related to the moral and psychological condition of the staff and legal issues were presented, the necessary steps for their solution were discussed, new approaches were developed.
