Arshak Karapetyan instructed to significantly improve the quality of citizens' services

On August 17, RA Minister of Defence Arshak Karapetyan held a consultation with the heads of a number of subdivisions. Arshak Karapetyan drew attention to the fact that there are serious complaints among citizens, in particular, related to the process of providing legal and social documents related to the Ministry of Defence.

The Minister of Defence gave a strict instruction to reorganize the works, to significantly increase the quality of service to the citizens and to solve the issues raised within a reasonable time.
