Blessing the grapes
16 August, 2021 16:12On August 15, in the military units of the 3rd army corps, the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Holy Mother of God was celebrated, which is also known as the Day of the Blessing of the Grapes.
A sacred liturgy was served by the senior chaplain of the military unit, Father Samuel Sargsyan, a blessing of grapes was performed, after which the blessed grapes were distributed to the soldiers as a sign of fullness.
