On August 12, starting at 17:20, the subdivisions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces from firearms of various calibers opened fire on Armenian positions, located on the Yeraskh section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, as a result of which the grass cover caught fire in the neutral zone.

The enemy's fire was silenced by the retaliatory actions of the Armenian servicemen. There are no casualties on the Armenian side. As of 19:00, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable.
