The head of the Ministry of Defence presented the situation after the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh on September 27, 2020, and the latest developments. Vagharshak Harutyunyan thanked the Ambassador for the statements and efforts of the Netherland government to demand the release of prisoners of war and stressed the non-constructive position of Azerbaijan on this issue.
