Vagharshak Harutyunyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming the mission and wished him success in his responsible position. The Acting Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia expressed confidence that the active and effective work of the Ambassador will contribute to the effective development of the Armenian-Japanese bilateral cooperation.

Issues related to the regional security environment, existing threats and expected developments were discussed during the meeting.
